Rurik Stoneheart

Rurik Stoneheart, a skilled dwarven transmuter, while traversing the treacherous paths in Kirin Keep with Lady Morgana faced an unexpected adversary: unseen kobold trappers. Later, he was whacked by a stone guardian leading to an almost early death. From these experiences he has sworn to use his transmutation magic to alter himself sufficiently to meet such rocky challenges.

Later, the dwarven transmuter found himself inexplicably drawn to a mysterious grimoire handed to him by Dream Viper. Rurik felt an intrusive presence embedded within his mind. This enigmatic entity not only altered his perceptions but also distorted his thoughts. Rurik’s interactions with Templar Uther became increasingly strained as they both had voices in their head. Further, the whispers from the entity interfered with his judgment and communication skills, leading to disarray and misinterpretations in their strategies.

Dream Viper, psionic assassin used his unique skillset as a fantastic lifesaver. One moment, an ally was ensnared in a magical trap, helpless and at the mercy of the encounter. The next, with a comedic twist, Dream Viper would slap another ally to trigger a teleportation that would save their trapped friend! This crafty maneuver was not just about getting out of a jam; it showcased the brilliance of teamwork.

As the expedition through Kirin Keep progressed, Dream Viper faced unintended consequences. After a fierce battle with what the party believed to be a dragon, he emerged from the encounter with more than just loot—he experienced a bizarre psychological shift. The lingering effects of victory transformed his mindset, and soon, Dream Viper was striding around with delusions of godhood!
